STORYTELLING: From Page to Stage (Twisted Fairy Tales Edition)

Ever wonder where great plays and shows come from? Many times they are  adaptations from books. In this class students will learn the process to  adapt a piece of children’s literature into a script for a show.  Students will then bring their work to life in a presentation of their show the showcase at the end of their class. To develop their script  students will be using a “Pick Your Own Path” children’s book that will  take their story through twists on classic fairytales such as “The Three  Little Pigs”, “Hansel and Gretel," "Snow White," "Sleeping Beauty,"  "Little Red Riding Hood," and more!
