TERMS & CONDITIONS
VIP SEAT TICKETS will secure ticket holder a reserved seat near the front of the audience. These are not season tickets, they must be redeemed through the online box office while seats are still available for the show. You must then notify the CFT office by Wednesday noon before the performance to confirm that you are using your VIP SEATS.
VIP SEAT UPGRADES can only be used after purchasing tickets to a performance. You must contact the CFT office by Wednesday noon before the performance to upgrade your purchased general admission tickets to VIP SEATS.
CONCESSIONS PUNCH CARDS are each good for 1 free item, per punch, at the concessions stand.
POSTER COUPONS are good for 1 signed show poster each.
COUPONS and CARDS are good during the issuing season only. Coupons will either be mailed to your home or will be at the will call box office the first show of the season for you to pick up.
To receive your reserved VIP seating please email us at contact@cftchattanooga.com by noon on the Wednesday before your performance to inform us when you will be attending.
