FIGHT LIKE A VIKING w/Will Snyder ($125)

Young actors will step into the world of Vikings, dragons, and epic adventure in this stage combat workshop inspired by CFT’s upcoming production of How to Train Your Dragon JR. Students will learn stage combat safety, unarmed fight choreography, and sword-and-shield techniques while building trust, timing, body awareness, and confidence onstage. Whether hoping to audition or simply looking for an action-packed theatrical experience, this masterclass is a great opportunity to develop skills that are valuable onstage and especially useful for any young Viking preparing for life on the Isle of Berk.
BELTING BOOTCAMP w/David Tahere ($200)
July 27-31, 5:30-6:30pm
(Ages 11-18)
Belting Bootcamp is a week-long intensive focused on helping singers learn healthy ways to create that belt sound. Through exercises, masterclasses, and coaching, students will develop awareness about how they’re making sounds and effective strategies for navigating that powerful pop, rock, and musical theatre belt. Enrollment is limited to 10 students per session
Class Registration & Refund Policy
All Summer Academy classes are dependent on having enough students registered. If a class does not meet the minimum enrollment needed to proceed, CFT will contact the family and make every effort to help the student move into another available class. If another class is not a good fit, the family will receive a full refund.
A portion of each class fee is considered a non-refundable registration deposit. For standard classes, the non-refundable deposit is $50. For the Full Summer Academy option, the non-refundable deposit is $150.
If a student needs to withdraw early enough, CFT will refund the amount paid minus the non-refundable deposit. No refunds will be given after July 6.
For the Fight Like a Viking workshop, no refunds will be given after June 30.
